Heather and Jong HanJong Han and Heather Han are running Inner Rhythm Holistic Healing School as a branch of Inner Rhythm ConsultingTM that was founded on Earth Day April 22, 2010 with the vision of sharing Natural Healing and Meditation. They believe every human being has the power and ability to recover their natural health by practicing the simple tools of exercise, relaxation, breathing and meditation.

Jong Han was born in a beautiful mountainous country in Korea. Playing in nature with friends,trees, flowers, animals, the sun, the moon, stars, rainbows and the wind.
He received degrees in political science and law from Seoul National University and was president of KSCF(Korean Student Christian Federation).
When his mom became ill, he started searching for natural alternative ways to heal her and since that time he decided to devote his life to healing,Yoga and meditation.
After teaching in Korea 7 years, he moved to the United States in 1999 to share natural healing and meditation internationally. Through various workshops, classes, lectures, and private sessions, he has been teaching people from all over the world for last 12 years.
He moved to Hawaii in 2010 and established Inner Rhythm ConsultingTM with his wife Heather Han for continuous sharing of natural healing and meditation through which he believes more people can achieve happiness and peace from within.
In his free time he enjoys hiking and meditation in the Hawaiian mountains and beaches, praying for more health and peace for people and the Earth.
Heather Han majored in Psychology at the University of Colorado at Boulder and has her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University. She received Her massage training at Honolulu School of Massage.
She is a Hawaii Department of Education certified instructor and has been a licensed massage therapist for 14 years. She has studied many massage modalities including Medical Massage, Lomilomi, Acupressure, Thai, Swedish massage, Reiki, and specializes in Foot Reflexology. She received her national reflexology certification in 2006 and is now president of Hawaii Reflexology Association.
She is also an approved provider for continuing education from the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).
"Ever since I experienced my first reflexology session I felt like I was walking on air. My whole body felt lighter and more balanced and since that time I have wanted to share reflexology with as many people as possible. I am working on combining my Counseling background with body work sessions in a healing therapy I call “Light coaching” to help people feel lighter, brighter, and more in touch with their inner guidance."
She is the main Instructor for the Massage Licensing, Reflexology Certification, and continuing education programs. She also sees clients and runs Community Healing to introduce the powerful effects of massage, reflexology, and acupuncture to more people in a group setting. In her free time she enjoys dancing and playing with her baby boy.
